Dereeler Type I

The dereeler used for storage of wire coils and consists of a solid welded construction. Over a three-phase motor, it is movable arranged. The procedure takes place manually by depressing the key. Breaking the stock wheels is made by a pneumatically adjustable disc brake. The necessary pressure control valves and manometers are located in a rack at the end of fixed panel. In this panel, there are also all the control elements of the dereeler. The braking force is sufficient, to hold wires strained with changing winding speed. To transfer the braking force are involved in the admission waves adjustable tappet attached.
